You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Our subscription cancellation policy allows you to cancel at any time through your account dashboard (Dashboard > Account > Subscription) or by emailing support@stainnet.com with your account information. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will automatically terminate; no further charges will be processed. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or prorated refunds for annual subscriptions. Your account information and historical data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, with your dashboard and saved searches remaining accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after subscription expiration. You may resubscribe at any time through your account dashboard, though any previous promotional rates or discounts may not apply to your reactivated subscription.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
